To relax, I enjoy a simple walk along the beach or at our local El Dorado Nature Center where I volunteer. Experimenting with new recipes is another favorite pastime. Savoring different foods at ethnic restaurants and traveling to exciting places with family and friends are happy adventures that are not taken for granted.
